Dramatic Paws

Dramatic Paws is a series of one act plays, short scenes, skits, or monologues presented quarterly by the Garfield Thespians. Scripts are submitted for review by any club member wishing to direct. Student directors cast and rehearse their chosen plays. Auditions for Dramatic Paws occur at the beginning of each semester. Each Dramatic Paws has a theme used by the club officers for skits in between the one act plays. Performances occur on a Thursday and Friday in the Black Box Theatre, tickets are just $2.

Senior Directed One Acts

Senior Directed One Acts (SDOA) is a Garfield Thespians production.  Any senior who would like to direct a one act play submits the play to the drama club officers.  The seniors choose, cast, and direct their chosen play.  It is an opportunity for senior theatre students to take charge and to envision the play through their own imagination.  It is the last hurrah of their high school theatre experience. SDOA is shown in the Black Box Theatre and costs $2 a ticket.
